The staff at the Short Pump, Va location has always thrived to provide the best experience. My recent purchase of Saucony Glide 16 through Darlene ( i think i got the name right). was fantastic.

I like that your sales people are knowledgeable about shoes and different models and brands. I like that they will help you lace them up and adjust the different types of runner's laces. I’m pregnant and can’t easily reach my feet right now so the sales person helped me adjust my shoes, tie them, feel the toe box, and so on. So helpful.

Ever since coming to Fleet Feet, getting my scan and working with you, I’ve had no pain. I appreciate the knowledge and kindness at the location I visit. Everyone is always friendly and welcoming.
Helpful and knowledgeable staff
Both gentlemen who advised us were excellent. They scanned my feet and walk. I have arthritis and will have to wear the shoes and insoles I purchased to see if they “work” for me.
One thing they do is they fit and give shoes to school children. I would hope they give to all children. I’ll buy from them again.
