I love that it's a personalized experience, based on the results of your feet (size & shape) and how you walk. Shoes are then picked for you and what's best for your foot (and overall) health. For those of us with Fred Flintstone feet it's quite challenging to find shoes and even in the store, options are limited, but I have been able to find something for both myself and my kids a couple of times now. The staff are also very knowledgeable, patient, and kind.
The employees were very knowledgeable and gave you their undivided attention. They took the time to explain in detail and gave you options to pick from.
The fitting was easy and streamlined. Claire took her time and I tried on several pair of shoes to make sure I was purchasing the correct one for my needs.

My podiatrist recommended I go to Fleet Feet to get inserts that would stop nerve pain in my foot. The inserts and shoes are great. No more pain. The saleswoman was especially knowledgeable and helped both my husband and me. She took a great deal of time and explained all about the various features of each shoe. We left very impressed.
I went to Fleet Feet at the recommendation of my physical therapist and I am so glad I did!! I was welcomed as soon as I walked in. The experts were working on clients (customer) and I took a seat and enjoyed the music playlist while waiting. I appreciated them taking care of their clients (customer) to make sure they got the right fit. That is what we were all there for, the proper shoe and inserts.
Kat finished with her client and greeted with the kindest smile and was here to help me. She accessed my feet (I have a crazy high arches) with the step on computers. She got several pairs for my feet. When the first group didn’t work she went back to the computer read out on her tablet and accessed another selection of shoes best for me. She was so positive and patient with me. And she found the perfect pair and the best inserts for my high arch. I feel like I got my life back to walk and not have my sciatica flare up with the wrong fitting shoes.
And all of this is because of your expert Kat who understands the right fit and the patience to find it for each individual client (customer). I highly recommend Fleet Feet because I know you hire experts just like Kat.

I was looking for a pair of solid black Hoka Bondi 8's and was excited that your store had them in stock. While I was at your store, I looked around and was impressed at all the style and other brands that you carried. Next time I am in the market for new walking shoes, I will definitely be visiting Fleet Feet.
I don’t usually take the time to write reviews however Cat was so fantastic and such a help to me that it is only appropriate to share such feedback. I feel that I finally have the correct shoes that work best for my build that will provide a much better running experience while limiting any associated discomfort. I plan to only purchase my running shoes from Fleet Feet in the future. A++
