Our salesperson Kerri at the Midlothian, VA, store was exceptional in every way. Very knowledgeable, and she learned our needs and provided excellent service resulting in the proper shoes and socks for my wife and me. We never had such great service at a shoe store before. The electronic evaluation was also unique as expertly explained by Kerri.
The generous return policy gave me the opportunity to talk with a sales associate (Kerri) about why my previous purchase didn't work for me, and she expertly guided me through different aspects of running shoes, and she shared several tips as I tried new shoes. I'm very happy with the replacement shoes (and the added knowledge) I came away with

I've always had a great shopping experience at Fleet Feet. I went in to the store on Winterview Pkway in Midlothian and Dallas helped me get some new shoes. The new technology to scan my feet was really helpful and Dallas clearly had a lot of knowledge that he used to get me the right shoes. I always feel like I'm in good hands at Fleet Feet and that's really important to me because I don't want to injure myself running with the wrong shoes.
Katherine was outstanding!! She spent a lot of time working with my husband and I on the best shoes for our feet and explaining why. I went for a run the next day and it was worlds better. Go see Katherine!!

This was my first time in the store and the service was great! Shout out to Kat- super friendly and knowledgeable, and most importantly very genuine! Love the new shoes and the inserts she recommended for my dress shoes are *chef’s kiss*. Feet and knees already feel better. Customer for life over here!

Very attentive, knowledgable, and friendly service. Upon walking in, multiple people took a moment to tell me I would be seen by someone shortly once a staff person was available. They had ample products on site for me to try and make sure I had the shoe that I liked best. Highly recommend, have been going to them for years and will continue using them:). I know that I’m wearing a shoe that I find comfortable and is also appropriate for my foot based off the in house foot scan technology. Thank you Fleet Feet on Patterson Avenue!
