Great and timely service
A wide variety of different brands of shoes and selection of colors. Also, friendly, knowledgeable, and patient staff. Mr. Anthony Snipes at the Midlothian location helped my mom and I go through the whole analyzing process of our feet and helped us for almost 2 hours and we never felt rushed or like we were a pain to him to have to continue to find us different shoes to try on until we were able to find the perfect pair. Even to go so far as to ordering a pair for my mother just so she would get the color she really wanted. This store is not the closest store to my home but I would drive the extra miles to get the customer service he provided to us. I would highly recommend him and that store to my friends and family!

I always buy my walking/workout shoes at Fleet Feet on Patterson Street. Tony did an excellent job in selecting brands which met my needs for stability for balance and a narrow toe for dance exercises! My balance is already better in my YMCA class. Thanks!

It was a great experience getting my feet scanned and fitted for my new shoes. The service was wonderful, and it was great having a number of options to choose from.
Anthony was incredibly helpful! The technology used to measure my feet was amazing and he was very thorough in explaining all the measurements. He incorporated all that information into the shoe choices he brought out for me to try on and I could feel how well they fit MY feet immediately! It was a great overall experience and I will definitely return.
