I’m not a runner, but I work on my feet every day on concrete floors. Though I had a pretty good idea what I wanted going in, the gentleman took me through all the steps and confirmed my choice. Once we put on the correct shoes, I knew my work life would be better. I even ordered a second pair for everyday life, and they arrived at my home the next day. Thank you. The selection is extensive,but what I really like is how knowledgeable the staff is. I was referred to Fleet Feet by a physical therapist because I’m a fall risk.The person who waited on me read the information the doctor sent and talked with me before showing me any shoes.I have been very pleased with shoes and service I have received from Fleet Feet.

Very knowledgeable and friendly customer service. This was my first experience in a Fleet Feet and I have spent the last 6 years buying my shoes from other local shops and Fleet Feet was a superior experience. I was suited for new shoes and the foot sizing software did an excellent job and my new shoes couldn’t be more comfortable. I will be buying my future shoes from Fleet Feet.

Great service! Throughly answered any questions and I learned a lot of information about how the feet work. They had a wide selection of shoes and the inserts are so comfortable! Spencer was great. She helped me find the perfect shoe then helped my cousin who was just along for the ride. We both got shoes and insoles and went shopping for hours.

The staff at Fleet Feet is unbelievably friendly and knowledgeable. I worked with Anthony on my last visit, and he was super helpful and double-checked my records to make sure I was getting a properly fitted shoe.
The selection of products is amazing, too. I need a wide shoe, and they are typically hard to find. Anthony had 2 pairs in my size, and I loved them both so much that I ended up buying both pairs. I also love the Balega socks.

Fleet feet offers individualized service to ensure you get a pair of shoes that meet your needs for what you want to do. Their customer service is fantastic and they always make sure the customer is happy. I received a pair of shoes from a giveaway event at my employer. The shoes were too different sizes and Fleet Feet offered to not only exchange them, but to do an entire fitting and let me choose any new pair that I wanted.
