I was extremely impressed with the depth of knowledge in my consultant Dominic. I learned things about my feet that will be invaluable in future shoe selections. I was particularly pleased with the foot scan results that will be used to order a custom orthotic. I am eagerly awaiting the arrival of the shoes that I ordered. This will be my "go to" place for shoes thanks to their expertise and friendly service.

Your products are superb, but it’s your people who set you apart. They have important expertise in fitting and finding the right product, of course, but their servant leadership, kindness, and encouragement make all the difference. My associate, who works at a store in the far suburbs that I’d called by mistake, made a special trip to deliver my items to my neighborhood Fleet Feet! I will never shop anywhere else.
I like that the sales people are patient about trying on different brands to compare choices. I like that it is local here and I can talk to someone about my thought process in choosing my next pair of shoes.
