You actually wait on a person vs big box stores that most cases let you buy shoes or staff is shuffled between a few people. There is also room to move in the store to test running shoes

I like that you can scan my feet to help determine what shoe might work for my feet and the size. Your salespeople know what shoes work best for certain foot issues. They are also friendly, helpful, and patient. You encourage customers to wear the shoes outside to see if they're going to work. If they don't work, you can return them within 60 days, which is a wonderful policy. You are also willing to order a different color or size and have them shipped directly to your home at no charge.
