I like the professional and friendly service
My driver called to make sure my RV was ready for pick up.
When he arrived the RV was not ready, not washed etc.
This is not the first time my driver went to pick up mob RV and it was not ready, in fact last time the RV was damaged when my driver picked it up.
The service department is perhaps the worse service department I have ever had a vehicle, airplane or boat serviced with.

Service department is amazing!
It’s the service! Service advisor Randy Robb listens to and understands the service requirements and service expectations for our motor home. As a result of his excellent communication skills I am kept informed of progress and advised of any issue. Again, the line of effective communication to the service technicians is evident based upon their recorded observations and subsequent repairs.

Overall I am happy with the service I received for my Montana 5th Wheel. The Service Department has a friendly, courteous and helpful staff. Jennifer did a great job in keeping me informed on my RV service progress over the past month. Chris Lias is an outstanding employee and extremely knowledgable service tech. He installed the BW hitch I purchased quickly and it looks great in the truck bed. John is another outstanding, knowledge employee who took the time to explain in detail various operations of my RV, and winterization processes. He is detailed and patient. Owning a 5th wheel RV himself was helpful as he explained the whys and what nots when one travels with these vehicles. Billy is also a favorite employee as he brought my RV from my farm to the repair shop and back on a few occasions.
It is no doubt in my mind that Alpin Haus treats their employees well as the longevity of many employees show it.
Although I have pulled my RV out of the State of New York to Colorado... I am assured that should I need service assistance and attention to all the service that was performed on my RV over the past month will be covered.
The things that can be improved upon are:
The phone system. The phone rings and rings and rings with no pick up. You NEED to get Receptionist employees back to handle calls for Service and Sales. These calls are extremely important to your business.
Pricing: Some of the costs I paid for items that took 5 min to do (replacing a screw, or stapling a trim piece back in place) should be done at no cost. I felt like being nickel and dimed for trival things. The overall service labor and parts costs were extremely high. Some of the items in my laundry list should have been included in the 45 point inspection. Paying for a replacement part was okay as I realize those costs have to be covered. The Service Tech is performing this detailed inspection and when they see a problem just fix it and move to the next inspection item.
I appreciate the VIP discount but it wasn't significant in my book. I spent several thousand dollars within the last month. I think a bigger price break consideration should have been given,
I love my 5th wheel and have done my very best to keep it fully maintained since I took delivery of it from your dealership in the summer of 2014.

Saratoga salesman Arthur Cooper was informative, helpful, and not pushy. Service department people are helpful. Receptionist people are friendly and welcoming.

The staff and location are top rated! very pleasant to go to.
Your hourly rate is$70 higher than other providers in the area. You charged me $250 for writing an estimate even though you were paid to do other work such as replace a gasket for $1000 and $308 plus tax for winterization. You also refused to send a photo to get additional work added to the insurance payment.
They stand by their products.
I still don't have the right hitch for my car. It's the 3rd one and it's still wrong.
Everything was a struggle. I was unable to find that exact camper at another location, which is the only reason I proceeded with the deal.
They lied multiple times.
I was given misinformation multiple times.
The entire process was a struggle and I had to make a multitude of phone calls in order to purchase the camper. I had to follow up with each member of the team to ensure they were doing their job.
The most stressful purchasing experience.

I was very pleased by the way I was treated. They heard all my concerns and dealt with them all. They even humored me about seeing the camper again so my father in law could see it before the winter hit. I just felt very welcome there and wasn't being upsold into something that I didn't want.
Responsive, courteous employees and excellent service on our travel trailer keep us coming back to Alpin Haus. Special shout outs to Dave and Jennifer who always treat us like VIP's . We hope to travel many thousands of miles more with them as our support team!
