I would really like to thank Teresa Pingitore in the Service Department. She is always great to work with and always available if I’m having issues with my RV (2023 Grand Design 278 BH). Recently she helped me with an insurance claim to get my roof fixed. I couldn’t ask for better service.

I needed to have some warranty work and a winterization on my RV and couldn’t possibly be happier with the service.
Steve was a gentleman and he put me in touch with Natasha who was amazing to deal with. She contacted me every couple of days to let me know where we were at with the warranty claim and the parts delivery. That level of communication is priceless.
You have a very happy and permanent customer here.
If I had to pick on something the rates are a little on the high side, but I guess that’s how our economy is nowadays.
I would highly recommend alpenhouse to anyone their services are very good. Their people are very nice. I'm working with Teresa re hamping my motor home, the servicemen are very helpful. Anyone there would be able to fix any problem that you have? They offer for motorhome or trailers, a mouse service. I put it on my motorhome, and it worked very well, got rid of the rodents that come in that field and I would highly recommend that service to anyone anyone with a motor home that would deal with that sort of set up If it was up to me, I would give\n Alpin house RV75 stars the end.
Our salesman George was extremely friendly and engaged with our daughter while shopping which you don't really see anymore. Everyone was very accommodating to our busy schedule and allowed us to take our time making a decision. We even received a special teddy bear which was a really cute touch. I would certainly recommend buying from this team.
Chris was super helpful when we needed a repair on our camper. My husband and I had missed a step while winterizing, which caused out hot water tank to crack. He explained exactly what went wrong showed us how to do it properly in the future and quickly ordered and replaced the part. Great service and very professional - highly recommend
Chris and Jake were very responsive to my questions. This used camper checks all the boxes for us and we look forward to camping season!!

I was in a jam with my duel fuel generator the morning I was supposed to leave for Florida. With no appointment I drove over and asked for help. Even though they don’t service generators Eric and Dave brought it in the shop, diagnosed the problem and got it up and running saving my day. Can’t thank you enough. Got me on the road before the big storm hit. Thanks guys, you’re the best!!
Better pricing and more open about mark up on parts and more detailed explanation of how the camper works warranty with the finance manager not just so the dealership can push the sale through to get paid
Very nice people to deal with. They made the entire process of purchasing my RV fun and pleasant. Every person was helpful and encouraging. Everything was explained to my satisfaction and I cannot wait until it warms up so I can pick up my new Thor RV.
I can remember a time when female buyers were not treated seriously as buyers of pricey RV's but there was NONE of that, and I especially encourage women campers to give Alpin Haus a try. You will not be sorry!

Our experience with Alpin Haus, especially Geoff Smith and Matt Mincher, was outstanding. Geoff is very knowledgeable and patient. Same goes for Matt who was very helpful processing our travel trailer purchase. Visited three other RV dealerships.....Alpin Haus is head and shoulders above the others.
Communication could have been better about what was happening with status of camper. Overall though was happy with services.
We purchased our RV late fall and had a very positve experience. Adam was great, he listened to us about our needs and there was no pressure. We had a slightly negative experience in the service department but think it was an "off day" for the man working there.

I'm just wondering why I brought in my brand new 2026 Forester 24ft. Class C to have some things looked at and was charged a couple hundred dollars and change? It's Brand New. There shouldn't be any issues to begin with. If there are issues, why should I have to pay?
The staff is extremely helpful and very, very nice and kind.
They call me and keep me up to date on repairs and get them done in a reasonable amount of time.
I enjoyed the experience at the Saratoga springs show. Josh was great and personable with my family. I recommend Alpin Haus and specifically Josh.
