Excellent service!
Adam was our salesman and provided us with a phenomenal experience. He was patient and thorough through each camper he showed us and delivered on everything he said he would! Along with Adam, Kay in parts was a huge help when she stayed late to help us gather up all the parts we needed to get us on the road. Overall great experience and highly recommend! If your in the market these are the people to see!.

I have bought all my 5th wheels and had them serviced at Alpin Haus. Have become friends with Dave because of the way he has conducted himself for 50 years. Very professional and the entire crew knows its job.

I will start by saying that my advisor Natasha was fantastic thru this whole process. Thats what the 10 I gave is for. I wish the question was worded differently because shes the only reason i would recommend anyone go to alpin haus. She has been an absolute pleasure to work with. She was not the person who started my process, she wasnt working there when I dropped it off, but she picked up the ball once she did.
That being said, the actual service that was done, timing, unresolved issues and still no answers has been and continues to be extremely frustrating. I brought my less than a year old camper in for what I assumed were simple, warranty covered issues last September. Crickets for about 3 or 4 weeks til i showed up to see what was going on. That's when Natasha took over. I got the camper back mid April with issues still not resolved and spent around $400 on diagnostics and over $200 for them to winterize it since the camper was in their possession thru the harsh winter months. I had not heard anything for 3-4 weeks after I dropped it off so I stopped in to see what was going on. By then the freezing temps were coming, and when I adked about how we handle that, they said it would cost $180 to winterize it (A $15 very simple procedure i have done for years) or i could bring it home, winterize it and bring it back. They very easily could have taken care of this if they cared about their customers, or at least offered a discount. When I picked up the camper in April, some issues were still not resolved, (even though I was told they were) parts needed to be order and now I am going to do those repairs myself since i cant bring the camper back any time soon. There was also a new dent in my front skirt that they would not take responsibility for, even though I know it was not there when i dropped it off. I still have an unresolved issue that I was charged a ridiculous amount in diagnostics because they couldn't duplicate the issue, however, I was able to duplicate in the first 5 minutes of using the camper after I got it back. Still no solution to that and its almost July now. I am just completely fed up.
Again, Natasha has been very helpful in working to try to help me out, and i would recommend anyone go see her. Her communication with me has been top notch, keeping me in the loop with any updates. But at the end of the day, I am at a complete loss, and would not recommend Alpin Haus to anyone. They should just do the right thing for the customer, but they don't.

Steven First name removed did an excellent presentation and he and his team did great working preparing the unit for a walkthrough.Steven was very friendly, very knowledgable and a pleasure to work with.
First off, you could’ve had the unit ready when you said you were not had to wait for batteries ask if certain things were serviced that weren’t and even after was ask about service on certain parts it wasn’t done when we did the walk-through there were questions and the answers where I’m not sure or I’m not familiar with it. I felt I knew as much about the unit as the person doing the walk-through.
Their service department is very good. They are responsible and very helpful. Theresa has been a godsend in arranging for my warranty service from our RV manufacturer.

We chose Alpin Haus for the purchase of 3 new trailers for our campground specifically because we heard from our campers that Alpin Haus provides great service. They are proving that to be true. We have had a couple issues and Alpin Haus has been responsive. We will continue to use Alpin Haus for our our trailer needs. Thank you for your excellent service!
Paid $216.00 for a tech person to come to our campsite and say the 'Recall' was already done. We are on recall number 5. Called Alpin Haus again, told, disregard it. Rusty was to call yet again, HE never did return the call. Will not recommend Alpin Haus to any one as once you buy a RV from them they wash their hands of you!!!! Writing to Keystone to say that Alpin Haus says it is on their end and to ignore the notice. Yet, the buyer is stuck with constant recalls.
The customer service, quality of service, and speed of completion of service are absolutely second to none. Our customer service representative, Steve, was extremely friendly and took the time to answer all of our questions. As always, a flawless experience from start to finish!
Great experience from start to finish. We came in to just look, and with absolutely no pressure we purchased. Very professional and very helpful throughout the entire process. Upfront with all cost even down to the hitch we needed, no surprises.
From sales to service everyone was great.

This organization - and their employees - deserve a 10 star rating! This was our 1st experience working with Alpin Haus for services to our Class A motorhome. Most admirable is that they book service based on scheduled capacity - not something we've found any other dealer across the USA doing. It's been our experience that most overbook their appointments, overwhelming their service technicians, and therefore providing lengthy wait times before a unit is actually 'taken in' after being dropped off for a scheduled appointment, ultimately resulting in rushed and incomplete services. Little time seems to be allotted to proper investigation of issues because of this. NOT SO AT ALPIN HAUS IN AMSTERDAM!! We had a small list of items that we needed performed and our Service Advisor Theresa Pingatore carefully documented each for us and followed our motorhome from the moment it arrived to the moment it was picked up, keeping us up-to-date every step of the way via both telephone and email. We added additional 'wants' to our list of services and even included a request to quote (and eventually perform) some body work via an insurance claim - the thoroughness and timeliness of everyone at Alpin Haus was above and beyond the call of duty. This is a Service Department that actually cares about the quality of service! Anyone who drives an RV can certainly appreciate that as 'rolling homes away from homes', these units need constant attention and experience issues that we senior citizens can't necessarily perform ourselves. At Alpin Haus, our needs were addressed promptly, professionally and completely. We could not be happier with Alpin Haus and we recommend them highly!

excellent effort by parts and service to find correct parts for rove lite repair when travel lite failed to respond.
