Krystal in the service dept is excellent. She is courteous, friendly and professional. We were kept updated and advised of the costs. Give her a raise !

As has become the norm over the years, the service department continues to deliver great service, I was early ( my error) for my recent winterization appointment but Dave B worked me is and the work was completed.
I also appreciate the customer supply store at the Amsterdam facility. I went to a competitor of yours here in Albany and they have basically shut down that part of the building.

Everyone we dealt with was courteous and professional. Overall a very satisfactory experience. Only two things that we took issue with;
1.) Your driver was scheduled to pick up our trade in from Greenfield Park NY at 9:00 AM.
- at 9:15 when he had not arrived on site we called to check his status.
- We were informed that the driver had not left Middletown yet.
- I sat in my truck for an hour waiting from him to arrive.
- A professional organization keeps it's commitments - and if unable to do so proactively communicates. (You should have called us to say that you would be late)
2. I felt pressured to agree to a service contract, and ultimately did. But upon further consideration I called to cancel the contract the next day. I don't think that you should sell a five year service contract and roll it into a purchase agreement with a 15 year term. If we had agreed to the deal and then ran the loan to it's full term (we do not plan to do that) we would have been paying $53 per month for 10 years after the service agreement expired.
We have our camper on seasonal site. Winterizing our camper is difficult for us to do as my husband struggles with Parkinson’s. We still enjoy camping. We appreciate Chris who came to our site and helping us out. Thanks so much for going the extra mile
Alpin Haus Amsterdam met and/or exceeded all of my service needs from my recent visit there on Friday, October 2nd. Everything was accomplished in a timely manner, and everyone working there was perfectly gracious with the interactions I had with them. The facility was spotlessly clean and quite impressive.

The entire team at Alpin Haus Rv Saratoga was very professional warm n welcoming. I received a very warm and friendly welcome from the receptionist Kim, a vary informative and detailed walk through with the parts manager Don, and Business manager mike got me an unbelievably great deal on my new grand design transcend one. The service team made sure everything was is perfect working order and did a beautiful job installing the new weight distribution hitch and even helped me check my lights were working properly before I pulled out. It was a wonderful experience and I am so grateful for the fantastic job the entire team did helping me with my Rv purchases.

So I purchased a brand new grand design 320g from alpin haus. The main ac unit was installed incorrectly and now I am being charged 100 to fix it. This is absurd.

Alpine Haus was a wonderful experience, nothing like another dealer I went to. Staff was VERY knowledgeable and helpful, spent a lot of time with me, and no pressure, and reasonable prices. I'm really happy with the RV I got, and they went over everything on it with me since I never had an RV before.
