I have had good luck having my camper diagnosed and repaired in a timely manner . The repairs are done correctly the first time without having repeat visits for the same problems unlike other RV dealers I have went to.

your billing system is fishy. We are still trying to understand the bill and how you chargged my credit card. Not acceptable.
They have a super-friendly staff who do a great job prioritizing what the customer needs. As first-time campers, my wife and I couldn't have felt more welcomed. We felt confident in the purchase we were making and in knowing that we were not alone in our decision. Steve was very professional, interested in our needs, and sincere about finding the right travel trailer for us. Although Steve is the best, I feel that I would have had a similar experience with other salespeople. It's all about the positive culture that greets you when you walk in the door.
You charged my credit card WITHOUT my approval! I never authorized you to keep a card on file!!

We were able to find the camper we wanted at a cost that was acceptable. We were greeted as soon as we entered the facility and were treated in a friendly manner. our salesman did a great job showing us what we wanted to see without being pushy. the options were thoroughly explained. The product was exactly what we were looking for and although there were slight issues when we picked up our camper they were quickly remedied. All in all, A+

From amazing sales support from Steve and Matt to service and support on delivery of my RV, I had a great experience and a relaxed delivery. I can’t say enough about AlpinHaus. Bey happy with the care and support they provided. This is my fourth camper from them and I’ll keep coming back.
We get great service but changing your drop off policies have put a burden on us. In the past, we have been able to drop off night before but this time was told we could not do that. Thank you.
Everyone was friendly. Service was great. Theresa (Service Advisor) and the service tech explained every thing that was done. I think we found a new service center for any repairs and service that needs to be done. We are very happy with the experience.

Exceptional customer service. Skilled, knowledgeable, and personable service advisers and techs. Theresa in service and Tom from tech are simply amazing. They helped to get our motorhome in and checked and were able to identify and resolve much needed issues.
