Got exactly what I wanted. Natasha was very helpful, when I can get a hold of her. Phone system needs work.
We are having.\n Our motor home redone and we've been most impressed with the quality of workmanship that was put into our motor home, I would give if it was up to me, I would give alpenhouse RV. A 100 percbut then that's a little bit too much. I would set given least 78%. 10% is too low.
I've been working with Teresa. And service, she's very knowledgeable. She really knows what she's talking about. And she says, everything in clear and understanding language, not like other stores, all they seem to want is money. They don't want to listen, they don't wanna know all they want is the money and I want to be treated like norm. And that's why I get such a high rating

Give me my refund at the service department. You charged me for looking at two warranty repairs. I was called and told I would get one of them but then I asked about the other and was told they would look at it. I am still waiting two months later with no refund yet for either one.
I called multiple times and they didn’t respond.

I dropped my camper off for repair on 8/12/25. It was complete on 11/20/25. It needed 2 drain elbows, 1 J wrap, 1 corner cap for the slide out. This was from an insurance claim. I thought that using my credit card for payment ahead of time would help move things along but, I was wrong. Parts were received timely. It was scheduled into the shop 4 separate times for the repairs….. instead of fixing all at once. It didn’t make sense. Communication was lacking, no one answered the phone or retuned calls. I had to physically go to the facility 9 times for information. I have more to say but I don’t want to waste any more of my time.

Rv not repaired, “normal issue” or not, brand new camper should not have the issue that will not be addressed.

The sale of the unit was smooth and easy. However, the service department was unresponsive and took a long time. I was able to get in touch with the head of customer support and they were extremely helpful and responsive. Overall I would recommend the company but would definitely warn about the service department
Things have not been right with our camper since we purchased it new last January. IT's been in and out of the Service Department, things that were supposed to get fixed were not fixed. It's there now, and we've called and left at least 4 messages asking for an update and haven't gotten a call back. We're fed up with the RV itself, and getting more frustrated with the Service Dept.
