Steve in the Service Department was totally great, Friendly and informative.... The installer was perfect in his work. Super clean and friendly. Great work all! My only note is the ability to reach the service dept. on the phone but they did call me back promptly. otherwise 5 star. Thanks
More competitive prep pricing and agm battery included
I dropped off my Rv back in early November (2nd week). Part of my needs were the outrigger repair and the fried Control Panel for moving the stabilizer jacks/outriggers. Most important was the winterization needing to be done since the water pump could not be used- and that's the only way I knew how to perform that. I let Natosha know of the RV not being winterized and stressed the importance of that being immediately addressed. I even called back on my way home to make sure that my RV would be brought indoors or winterized asap. I called back and texted the number to Alpin Hauss and left messages over the next week or so...until I just had to figure that y'all are busy and "of course" you are taking care of my RV as I'd asked. Weeks went by and I finally got a call from Alpin Hauss "about the insurance end" of my needs, stating that no work is done on vehicles with an insurance claim- UNTIL you recieve payment; and then your service rep said "let's take a look at these other things you requested"...No mention of winterization... He stopped as he read in silence and then said "Let me get back to you"...and hung up! Fueling my worries about no winterization taking place. I then called back the next day (I never got a call back) and spoke to the service manager , asking him about my RV. At no point did he say that it was winterized! I had to ask about my unit being winterized and only then was I told "oh yeah...it was winterized (on a date near drop off- I have it written somewhere) I had a list of things that I wanted done that I assumed I would be contacted about within a day or so (like I get an immediate call when servicing nearly every other vehicle- with estimates to approve the work. I was to get estimates a week or so ago... nothing. I responded that the email had no attachments and still nothing.....And then another survey (which I have ignored the others being patient) came in -so here I am. Worried about my RV? No communication about the Rippert Leveling system?, Solar packages? , awning?.... and i have 3 charges on my credit card. One was for a minimal service fee i believe, and my at counter purchases. What is the charge for $180.89 on Dec 11th for? I wish I had a different experience. I was impressed at your dealership when I first arrived and thought I was in good hands. Then i never heard from anyone for weeks. I have many irons in the fire and dealing with sickness in my family or I'd have been more on top of this

The price quoted did not end up being the amount we had to pay when we picked up our camper. it also took weeks to get it back and we had to cancel 2 trips we had planned.
Pay for better techs. Like techs that can read and repair what you have marked off for them to repair.
How about doing what is expected from a premier business. Not only will I NOT purchase through this business, I will sell my RV privately and stop my RV experience all together due to lack of professional service available. Need fair and honest, not a blame game. Your employee retention is evident enough. In 3 years, a complete turnover against and again with no one taking accountability, but passed the buck down the line.

We've been waiting more than 3 months to get our RV back. Wrong parts ordered.... Parts finally ordered 2 Mos after we dropped it off... Hasn't been a great experience!
Straight, up front information, consistent updates throughout the service
Service Department is outstanding, I recently returned from a RV trip to Alabama. The day we returned the temp was in the low 20's and going to be in the single digits. Obviously the RV was not winterized. Everything was starting to freeze up while driving and I couldn't winterize it due to the lines already partially frozen. I called Alpin Haus and spoke with Rusty in the service department. He told me to bring it to him and he would park it inside for the night and winterize it the next morning. I can't imagine any business still has that level of service nowadays.

Yes I would Highly recommend them to everyone.
Let me be clear Jonathan is great as a front desk manager, BUT having called over 12 times in a 2 week period and having the call go straight to voice mail immediately without a phone call back as to status etc, is VERY FRUSTRATING. We were on a time limit and having 2 weeks go by with only able to get Jonathan twice after the many phone calls with no call backs is not okay. Where does the voicemail go? Who is responsible for the communication once it goes to voicemail. Jonathan is very professional and pleasant and responsible but it seems there is only one of him and it's unrealistic for him to meet the needs of every single phone call. Often , the phone calls take time which he does patiently and thouroughly.

My experience was good from the first phone call with George. Upon arriving at the facility I was met by Dave who really made me feel welcome. He answered all my questions on a level I could understand. When touring the facility and the RV I was interested in, impressed doesn’t scratch the surface. I was made to feel at ease right from the start. I told Dave I was brand new at this and had to rely on his guidance. I had a lot of question for him and George. They were all answered. My plan was to shop around, after visiting Alpin Haus RV, there was no need to further shop. I believe this positive experience will continue thus the reason for me purchasing my RV there. .

Communication is terrible.. I've called multiple times for an update and no one answers the phone and no one returns messages. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND
Communication was unclear. Estimate did not reflect the full gravity of work. Billing process was convoluted and non transparent.
Lack of knowledgeable employees at the service desk and lack of communications. Price of the repair went up several times without any explanation. After several phone calls (by the way your phone system sucks) the price came back down to the agreed price.
Sad to say that things have gotten worse since you took over.
One week ago my husband and I purchased our dream RV, the Jayco Comet. Every employee in the office was professional, knowledgeable, and kind. Ray, our sales person, was excellent! He was patient and promptly answered and addressed all of our questions and concerns. Alex, the manager, and Steve, from the business department, as well as Matt and Cassidy, were wonderful. Through out the odyssey that is called our camper and all the issues with Forest River Alpin Haus has helped us. I would recommend them to anyone who is interested in buying an RV.
