Very professional and friendly atmosphere.
Our sales representative, Ryan Williams, was incredibly helpful with our out of state purchase of a Grand Design travel trailer and helping us navigate the trade process. The quick turn around time for pick up was important to us and they made it happen. The Alpin Haus team made us feel welcome the moment we walked in the door to pick up the camper. Demo Dan was super knowledgeable so we picked up a lot of great tips, and Keith Todd felt like an old friend while we signed our paperwork. Overall we really enjoyed the experience of buying our travel trailer with you guys and happy to have a dealer we can rely on.

Great service
Our service rep Rusty, always makes sure any requested repairs are complete and makes sure our RV is ready when we need to take it out of storage.
You sold me a lemon and now its costing tons of money to rectify these serious issues. It has taken you over a month to even look at it and now several more weeks to get back to me with estimates for items you should have known about and rectified before selling it to a customer.

It seems like companies have in general lost touch with the concept of "good service". That is the opinion of this old man who has crossed the USA from coast to coast three times, retired one 5th wheel, one Ram truck and God willing I am likely on my final road trip.
I needed an oil change for a Ford E450 class C motor coach and I had called three ford service centers with no one willing to take me in. That is until I called Teresa at Alpin Haus RV Center. She took my info, said come right in and one hour later I was on my way.
What a refreshing example of Great Customer Service........May God Bless this business

Extremely reliable, do excellent work and customer focused. Although expensive- isn’t everything these days….
I had the service department replace an awning. Got off to a confusing start regarding the ordering of parts. Almost like “Too many chefs in the kitchen”. They could work on streamlining the process and communicating with customers. Having said that they ironed out the confusion and my repairs were done the very next day. Did a great job and used high quality parts. Very satisfied!

Too much to write …. One of the most unpleasant experiences for such an expensive purchase . Extremely disappointed in the van , service , and all interaction with alpin haus has been very frustrating and disappointing…
You can help by getting my van back to me sooner than June 24 th . Since it has been in service for two weeks already .

Better prepared when customers are coming to pick up RV so there isnt such a long wait. Other than that very friendly staff.
The service department was very helpful in making 3 repairs/replacements on items that were defective in our brand new Grand Design.

Excellent service

Disappointed in the quality of the camper itself not to mention every time I go to pick my camper up and I asked them to do a New York State inspection. There’s always something wrong and I spent thousands of dollars here. Not to mention the loan wasn’t explained to me and now that I’m trying to sell it I owe way more than what is owed on it so now I have to pay to get rid of my camper. I was told my interest rate was 7.9 come to find out I’ll be paying interest on it for the duration of the whole entire bone which is 13 years. It’s all a scam.
