Great service
The cost for the warranty forvever keeps going up and up.
Sales person took his time was very thorough and worked with us to get us in the camper we wanted. The sales team made our experience, very smooth and easy.

Lack of communication and no help with anything you had my rv for 7 weeks and unless I called or stop of which I did 3 times I heard nothing my rv had been there 4 weeks and warranty claim had still not been submitted. took 6 weeks to get any kind of price of a repair and then when I wanted a portion of the work done heard nothing until I gave them a date I would be picking up my unit then all sudden I had a repair date that was only 5 days after. I picked up my rv anyway and still charged me $ 600 I was very disappointed in the service department.
I cannot be more pleased with every dealing that I’ve had with Alpin Haus Amsterdam every step of the way! I purchased an RV last fall, which was delivered this spring before Memorial Day weekend. All of the staff and all of the departments of Alpin Haus have done every single thing that they said that they would. Their sales and service departments are phenomenal. We have had a wonderful time this 2026 season!

I asked when I bought the camper with cash I asked if I were to have problems how could I get service (as I had my camper delivered and set up permanently in my campgroind) and was told o could get a service company and I would be reimbursed. Had trouble with thermostat after a campground power outage and called technician from local company. He repaired the problem and I paid the bill. Alpin Haus refused to reimburse me stating that I had signed the contract and had agreed to the warranty details. No problem. You just lost my business over $172.
First name removed worked hard to fit us in last minute. The crew worked quickly to get me on the road. Definitely plan on using them for anything in the future whether it’s parts or a new camper.

Do what you say you going to do have more experienced people to show you how you’re unit is supposed to work and have people call you back
Took our coach in on a Wednesday afternoon and it was ready by Thursday afternoon. This was for a SLIDE adjustment due to metal to metal rubbing.
Rusty (our service rep) listened to everything that I was explaining to him and documented it that way.
Jim the tech did an EXCELLENT job of correcting the slide rubbing issue. He explained exactly where it was rubbing and what he had to do to correct it. He even recommended "slide skids" because he noticed that the rollers were making marks on the interior flooring.
We have been there several times in the past 6 years and each time their entire team of folks are pleasant to work with and seem to genuinely care about getting things right the first time.
They are great people who stand behind the product they sell.. it doesn't matter if it's new or used they are there for you
