Great company! Very polite and respectful. Personally had dealings with Chase and Tylrr they were very patient with us especially having two fussy kids attached at the hip. Went in knowing about what we wanted and the price we wanted to stay under and Tylrr hooked us up!
Great service
We received top notch customer service when wanting to upgrade our camper. We told Great American RV exactly what we wanted and they didn't try to sell us on anything outside of those specifications. When sitting down to talk numbers, it was straightforward and easy. We have had bad experiences with a previous dealership and we were nervous as to what we were walking into, but it was a breath of fresh air when we received the total opposite.
Bought a new camper and had an issue with the slide seal. It was fixed immediately and everyone from sales to service was very respectful and polite.

I want to again thank the entire staff for all their hard work in making a long time dream come true. I want to give special thanks to Heather, Jay, and Nolan for making the sale happen but an even bigger thanks To Mike and the mechanics for getting the bugs out and making it all go down in the same day. I have a choice of where I go to get my RV serviced, and I choose the place where the people are friendly and I trust to do a good job on my "home away from home." Attention to detail and attention to what customers want matter and that is why I go to Breaux Bridge, LA, to see the great folks at Great American RV.
Levi was excellent sales person, Mike in service, and Chuck in walk through, Nolan in finance. We were happy with all four of them. Brittany was great in helping us pick out accessories.
