The service team is great. Alex constantly texted me updates. I’ve heard a lot of bad stories from people at campsites about the service department where they purchased their unit. I am always happy to tell them of my great experiences with mine. And not just once, but EVERY time. They are helpful, friendly, and polite. I’ve Never has a bad experience with the service group. From dropping off my camper, during the repair and inspection process and picking my camper up. Five-star service!!!

Robert Gardner was assigned to brief me on my 2023 Sprinter van. He was not only extremely knowledgeable..he was patient and personable. He demonstrated each feature of the van. He followed up with another meeting to provide further assistance with questions that emerged during the freezing weather that occurred in the Alabama shortly after my purchase…
On both occasions, I felt at ease with every question I asked about the intricate features of the Mercedes Airstream van. He not only discussed each feature..he demonstrated ..and when necessary reviewed the feature again…..and supervised me in performing the actual procedure. Such was a great confidence builder. Adding to my confidence ….Mr. Gardner assured me that the technical staff was available if I had any follow up issues should such occur.. In fact, he personally introduced the other technicians at the dealership who were available an skilled in maintenance of Airstream Vans.
