We bought our used travel trailer from the Calera store. We live in the Tampa Bay area of Florida, so much of our dealing was done via email, texts and phone calls. Communication with our sales person Josh was great. He let us know every step of the way what was going on and what we needed to do to get the deal completed from afar.
When we arrived to pick up the trailer, everything was ready on time as promised.
Our delivery tech, Brad, was great. He walked us through all the features of the camper and gave us plenty of time to ask questions and check out everything. He was friendly and very knowledgeable about the unit since he had done the prep work himself.
Another Josh, the finance manager, was friendly and knowledgeable. He had all the paperwork to close the deal ready for us to sign so it took less that 30 minutes to complete.
The $50 gift card was a nice bonus that we used to pick up a few items we needed from their store.
We looked at the prior review for this company before buying from them. Now we know why they get such great ratings! We would not hesitate to recommend this dealership to anyone looking to purchase an RV.

All employees we had contact with were exemplary. That being said the walk through and pdi were lacking.
The interior was not filthy like the two we purchased last year however my wife and I still had to wipe down all surface areas and vacuum wood shavings from all drawers and cupboards. The exterior was dirty and water spotted, windows needed washed. I must note the tires were dressed properly and looked nice.
The service department is very knowledgeable and personable. They delivered my camper at the time they said it would be ready.

For the first time since being a GARV RV owner, I really feel like I have someone who is there for ME. I know COVID and all that stuff caused a lot of shortage of workers, etc. But everytime I called GARV for a service question, it was always a struggle - and everytime I called back, I had to explain my problem all over again because the person was new or they were so busy they didnt remember. Emails not returned, messages left etc. etc. etc.
Well, with Deborah at the helm! WOW what a difference. I finally feel like the "family" I felt the day we bought our RV at GARV. I had always hoped the care that was shown to us during the buying process would transfer to the service department, and now it has!

I had a few minor issues with my camper when I purchased it. Costumer service was outstanding and all the problems were fixed immediately.
