Although we traveled over 600 mi to pick up our class c motor home, it turned out to be worth it. Our salesperson and the service tech were very nice to work with and they did everything they could to please us and answer our questions, plus the price of the unit was very reasonable to us.

We really like John Schuster, we made an inquiry by computer(on a Friday morning) got a call in about twenty minutes and talked to Rob (and Rob is super) and he told us what we could get for a trade and we countered and in about three minutes John called us so we made a appointment for that afternoon put money down early Saturday morning took our trade in on Saturday and picked our new trailer up Monday afternoon. I also will give a big thumbs up for Miss Tammy she helped us a lot and this is our third RV purchased from Great American since 2019. I like the way everything was handled up front before we even got there so we would know exactly what would fit our budget. I would give a score of ten to Great American at Grand Bay

Not real satisfied with my Keystone Hideout LHS 178. After only three years the roof has separated to the tune of $8,710 replacement cost. Not sure Keystone is a reputable company.
