Technician great customer service
All of the gentlemen were extremely professional, polite, respect and concerned. They came in and worked steadily and efficiently. They explained clearly what was going on and what would happen. From my initial call to the end they were all great as a team and individually. They left my house better then they found it. I am so glad I called Terminix to do the massive job I need.
Cost for the seervice a little high.
Our service tech, Paul, has been with us for years. He is kind, friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. He listens to the problem (if I have one - ants or something popping up) and willingly works to resolve it. Consistency over the years.

The representative that always comes to my home is very pleasant, kind, and helpful. He goes out of his way to make sure everything is covered with the necessary steps. He also gets the cobwebs off of around the ceilings of my porches. It seems he has a passion for doing a good job whatever it may be and pleasing his customers are very important to him.
