Edgardo Colon is our technician. After both hurricane Milton and Helene our perimeter outside our home was so destroyed it was nearly impossible to walk around our property. We nearly canceled our Terminix service because we were so afraid of Edgardo getting injured, but he contacted us and said "Don't you worry about anything- I've got this". That was a year ago and he's still doing our service and navigating our destroyed property. He personally texts us with concern, questions, and even hellos. He's more than a technician. He's a wonderful human being. He just did our service a few days ago, and he was great as always. I hope so much he continues to be our Terminix guy forever. Love you Edgardo.
