Your technician took time to thoroughly understand our problem, said he had the solution, assured us to let Terminix know if we had reoccurrence issues they would be addressed. I would recommend this technician highly.

inspector didn't look in the the unfinished attic for carpenter ants which I said was a problem. The pest control guy couldn't do anything because it wasn't inspected.
