I was very happy with how they answered all my questions. They dealt with my extreme anxiety of these pest. They were very informative. The only reason for the 9 and not 10 is because I would have liked if they informed me day ahead they were coming earlier than scheduled.

My technician knows exactly what needs to be done on each visit. He takes care of it and he lets me know if anything out of the norm is going on. He also lets me know of any pest control trends that might be happening around the neighborhood so we can be prepared.
