The service agent did not answer my text request outlining the areas of my yard I wanted particular attention payed too. He or she did not let me know when they arrived to spray around my house. I just received a text message saying my service was complete.
Our technician, John, will take the time to answer our questions. He keeps a neat appearance and a great work ethic.
Our quarterly pest control service from Terminix is very effective. The nice gentleman who's our Technician knows exactly how we prefer to have the application done, with consideration for plants, pets, human foot-traffic areas, etc. AND he is super reliable, too... What I hope is that they WON'T raise the price, again - for a good while, though!

I have been with Terminix for decades, even bringing my serviceman, Mark Denman, with me when I moved. Mark is a huge part of the reason that I stay with Terminix; his expertise and personability are second to none. As for Terminix the company, I trust the positive results and customer service that I continue to receive after 30 years as much today as when I first became a Terminix customer.

The Terminex rep Shows up on time, let’s me know what he is doing and leaves detailed information on what expired while here. I always know in advance when he will arrive here.
Rene is always on time and does a thorough spray. Always checks with me to see if I have any special requests.
