Terminix is very efficient, effective and dependable. Communications are very good and the technicians are very customer oriented.

They come at the scheduled time and sweep the eaves and put out poison. We have no bugs in the house. If we do they come back and solve any problems. The tech is very professional and friendly.
We continue to renew our service for two locations due to reliable, responsive field representatives.
However, we also do take note of Terminix fees and do occasional comparatives as to the fees charged by Terminix. The fees continue to rise which leads us to look at other companies from time to time.
The technician is always on time, professional, and courteous. He also gives me feedback of the procedures that was performed.

The technician always lets us know a date and a timeframe when he will arrive.
Explains what he is going to do upon arrival.
Asks about any concerns we might have with insects and pests.
If he notices anything, we might be doing that attracts the pests, he lets us know. Follows up with a report and is very polite and has a friendly manner about him.
The Gregory Pest Solutions team does a great job of keeping our plant pest free. The service tech always communicates with me when he is here each time to see if we have any problem areas that need extra attention.
