I appreciated the extra effort Scott Wilson did in helping me to identify the insects that I have been seeing on my lanai and for spraying/spreading down the chemical to rid them. He did tell me that the insects have to crawl through the treated area in order for it to kill them, but at least the effort was made on his part to try and kill them.
I know you are P R minded. I know you want to improve your bottom line. I know you know that the best and cheapest form of advertisement, good and bad, is word of mouth.
