The monthly $181.85 is breaking my finances. First time ever that I can’t pay my Visa statement amount for the last three months. I reached out to Terminix and was told I had to pay that until the end of my 1 year contract. The first person I talked to said she’d give her manager the info. No call back. Called again and lady mentioned “hardship case”. Again no call back. Last time I called I was told I had to pay full amount, regardless of my financial state. NO HELP for my hardship situation!
My technician is on time, tells me when he arrives, when he leaves and anything else he thinks I should know. I can tell when he has been at my house, there are no cobwebs. He treats my house with respect.
