The Terminix representative in Galveston is and has been extremely nice each time I met him. He put on his shoe protectors before entering the house to keep any outside elements from coming inside. He explained everything he was going to do before proceeding. This is an old house so he treated behind the stove and cabinets. He thanked me for giving Terminix the opportunity for servicing the house and gave me his card.

I called that very day and requested a call from a manager and no one ever called. I can only assume Terminix sends surveys but does not care how a customer is treated.
