i LIKE THE SIX MONTH RETURN GAURANTEE POLICY. i HAVE HAD THEM BACK SEVERAL TIMES. i AM HOPING THE BUGS DO NOT RETURN AFTERWARDS. OUR TECHNICIAN WAS FRIENDLY AND PROFESSIONAL AND COMMUNICATED WELL WITH US. AT THE BEGINNING, IT WAS DIFFICULT TO GET SET UP AND COMMUNICATE ABOUT SCHEDULING WITH THE OFFICE PERSONELLE. ONCE OUR TECH TOOK OVER HOWEVER, IT BECAME MUCH MORE SEEMLESS.

My regular technician, Salvador Vargas, is excellent. He knows all the quirks of my house and what special/different things need to be done, which is a big benefit of having a regular technician instead of a revolving door. I don't have to explain every time he's here, he remembers. Salvador is always on time, thorough, tells me everything he finds and does, and always reminds me that if I need anything, to just give him a call. Outstanding service.
