I like simplicity and doing a job correctly, along with treating people as I want to be treated. Your technician Brandon Buchert is a good example of the kind of people you need as your agent. Other companies I have dealt with are lacking in good service and they leave a bad experience by their attitude and I will not recommend anyone that is rude.

Sprays, tells me what he found very polite
Andrew is very thorough. He puts covers over this shoes. He always ask if there are any problems. He willing attacks those areas, in addition to his regular spraying. He is always warm and friendly. He is the reason I stayed with Terminix.
