Once we got past a scheduling glitch, the Tech Carlos arrived on time, and was very personable. He listened to explanation of what was going on an took steps to investigate. Additionally, he educated me on the habitat and movement of honey bees.
He sprayed the exterior of our house for all pests, and powdered an area where Carpenter bees were encroaching.
