Our technician, John Stone, communicated well. We believe he understood our concerns/issues and took steps to address them. It was just one service, so, hopefully, our future experiences are just as positive.
Our Terminix folks do a great job meeting our expectations... We have a largely bug-free home and yard and solid protection from termites.
Outstanding technician, Matthias Leul, ensures we are bug free month in and month out. He lets us know when he is coming and always accommodates our schedule. He follows up after each visit to make sure there are no other issues or problems. Thank you Matthias for the peace of mind and thank you Terminix for employing an outstanding individual!
