Quick and easy servicing
When I asked to meet with a Terminix representative to begin service, Brandon Washington, actually showed up early and noticed concerns about my family's commercial property that competitors missed. He was very clear about what needed to be done to resolve pest issues. He arranged for the first scheduled appointment with an exterminator.
The exterminator, Symon, was also great. He was thorough and explained why I needed black boxes and where the rats were apparently entering the building from. He also helped lay out traps for roaches. I feel confident that the pests will be well under control with Terminix's help. Thanks.
