The agents give notice in advance before they arrive. If any areas need attention they welcome input. They company responds when rodent activity increases this last winter and the exclusion was improved, very responsive.

Cizaro is a great service man! Cordial and polite, efficient, and thorough. I refuse to use pesticides in my yard and garden to protect wildlife, but I have used Terminix for household pest control for over 40 years with good success and no ill effects to my family or pets, and I am almost 80.

Wade exemplified the highest level of professionalism and service. When he arrived, my wife and I were tending to our landscaping located in very close proximity of where Wade needed to work. My wife cannot be near the treatment while it is wet. Wade offered to return later in the day to permit us to finish. I cannot thank him enough for understanding and being willing to accommodate our needs.
