We've been terminix customers for over two decades. We had a regular technician come to our previous house for several years, he would text ahead of time, and after service to let us know what he found like clockwork. We moved recently, and worked on setting up a similar service, but they've been a little less consistent since moving (we're on a quarterly program, but I have to call and remind them to come out, vs it being scheduled automagically, and our technician, while sends a text, they don't accept replies for quesitons or other notes). Not the biggest of deals, and I understand each regions is managed differently, just something to get accustomed to - which we will because we like having the protection from critters and bugs that terminix provides.
Francis does a thorough job in inspecting the house foundation.

Juan Aldaco has been servicing our home for some time, and we couldn't be happier with his work. He always arrives prepared, professional, and ready to get the job done. Juan takes the time to clean cobwebs from the exterior of our home and is very thorough in his service.
