The technician is very likable and friendly only complaint is that you should have a discount for seniors who are barely making it and live on their retirement when everything is so expensive a lot of businesses give some sort of discount especially for those who been loyal to you and have been with you for years

The person that come to the clinic always has a smile and is very nice. He knows that sometimes he may have to come back to service the clinic, but he is never pushy or aggravated. He just says okay see you in a bit, but when he comes back he is still his lively and sweet self.

I’ll admit I’m a little biased toward Terminix. A longtime neighbor of mine growing up worked for Terminix her entire career, and she was one of my favorite people.
On a lighter note, someone needs to be a good friend and tell the sharp, thoroughly professional young man who came out to evaluate our facility for a bed bug treatment that he’s missing a spot in the back when he cuts his own hair.
Honestly, I probably wouldn’t have mentioned it if he hadn’t been so impressive in every other respect. He was knowledgeable, professional, an extremely clear communicator, and represented your company extremely well.

Jarret Myles, our Terminix tech, always contacts us a week in advance to let us know when he will be coming out. He contacts us again on the day of service to let us know when he's about an hour away. The service itself is always done in a prompt, professional manner and Jarret then contacts us to let us know precisely what was done and if he found anything of concern. After he's finished and gone on about his day, the only discernable evidence left behind is the treatment powder on the fire ant mounds in the yard.
We are quite happy with Terminix's and Jarret's services and have recommended them to others more than once.

Your service tech( Frankie ) is very knowledgeable about future possibilities of pest problems. Overhanging branches,’standing water, termite hideouts , he knows them all and treats before. Anything negative occurs. He’s the best.

I would gladly recommend Terminix to my family and friends, and I would encourage them to request Patrick whenever possible. He is the perfect technician. Not only is he highly professional in everything he does, but he also treats every customer like family. Patrick is thorough, takes great pride in his work, and treats every home with the same care and attention he would give his own.
Mike is an outstanding supervisor who clearly supports and leads his team well. Terminix is very fortunate to have both Patrick and Mike representing the company. They are true assets, and their dedication to excellent customer service is the reason for my high rating.
