Terminix has done a great job, and we have had no issues for couple years now.
The only issue is that they call the day before they come so there is no advance appointment dates that I can coordinate with my schedule. This time the technician did change the time of the day to fit my schedule.

We have been with Terminex for a very long time. Fortunately, even though my neighbors around me have experienced rats, mice, roaches and other bugs, we have been saved from those intruders by the Terminex services that we have each year.
The attendant, David, that services our address at 5010 River Lake Road in Winter Haven, FL is the reason we are still with Terminex. David goes above and beyond to give us a complete service. Even when it is out of his field he has helped us. When our termite inspection was not handled improperly and then not rectified properly, he made sure it got done. I can't say enough good things about David. He's a keeper for sure! I feel confident in his knowledge and he is always giving me tios.
