They understand that customers want the pests removed, but it's at least equally important we feel we can trust the employee and that they respect us and our property. Your business is about pesticides and exclusion-- but also about people and how you treat them.

The Terminix rep happened to show up while we were in the middle of being overtaken by ants in the home. He graciously came inside and set traps throughout the kitchen and bath and within 24 hours. The ant situation was completely resolved. He was very thorough and helpful and explained to everything with respect to the treatment and what to expect going forward. Very helpful indeed. Thank you.
