We had an active roach problem that we required an additional visit before our next regular scheduled visit. When I notified Terminex of the problem they promptly scheduled a visit. When the technician arrived he quickly assessed the situation, and provided us with information on the treatment planned, and what we needed to do to follow up. He also said that if the problem was still an issue after a week or two to call and he would come back out. There was no charge for the extra visit. Our technician was professional and courteous during the session.
