He was on time, efficient, and tried to be thorough doing his job. I asked the name of his inside chemical and he gave the trade name but not the chemical name. Likely he had no clue. (We have a current chemical license ourselves but being 85 years old, didn't want to do it as Terminex was our contract holder)
You reliably give advance notice when the technician is coming so that I can unlock my gate. Also I appreciate being able to text with the technician (Terrence) regarding the appointment. Best of all, no bugs!
Our technician usually only treats the outside of the home for ants, spiders, etc. However we had seen a number of silverfish in several bathrooms so he also treated the bathrooms and kitchen while he was on his normal appointment, very helpful.
Reps do a great job of communicating when they will and arrive and once they leave. Also, if any issues they note same on report.
The score was because of Mike Earnest. My husband and I are elderly and Mike Earnest is a wonderful person to have in your home.He is very professional
well mannerly and always answers our concerns no

Because my service has been great and I think I have the best service man, Lance Leary. He is always on time and send's a message the day before he arrives. He always has a big smile and let's me know when he arrives what he is going to do and when he has finished he lets me know
what he has done, you can't get any better than that.
