You’re scheduling process has to be changed - with the expensive charges your company has- the LEAST you can do is to be respectful of your customers and give them selections of available service or routine visits, not tell us - “ We’re coming tomorrow between such and such an hour, without the customer choosing what is convenient for them, and substantial time to plan and choose the date and Window you have available.
