Urban does a fantastic job every time he performs work on my home. He has been my tech for quite sometime now and always does a great job communicating with me when it time for service.
Bill is great and his work is A+. But you are charging way too much. When elderly people on fix income and been customers for years the rate increase is to much. It use to be you call and they work with you, not anymore. You call and you get the answer we will be sorry to see you leave. So you have an employee like Bill who is working hard and doing a great job. He always call to say when he is coming, is respectful and caring. But working for a company who does not care.

On time service and always a heads up when the technician will arrive. Treatments must work cause I very seldom have any issues with critters in my house. But if I ever do the technician treats inside my house too.
Also the termite treatments are peace of mind. If we ever have termite damage we know Terminix will take care of any damage.
