I am very satisfied with the exterior protection. My tech Alex is great, always keeps me in formed and is very nice to work with. I took one point off because I have constant billing issues with the company.
In the past any pest problems were taken care of in a timely manner. Easy to make an appointment and the service man was friendly and professional. Also many of the little pests that arrive at change of season or rainy periods of time, are covered under one contract. Yup, Terminex comes back to reapply if necessary.

My primary reason is the technician James Seaton. He has great customer service skills and is thoughtful to ask questions before treatment.
I live in an area that is wooded so there will always be pest activity but this gives me some barrier from them entering the house or damaging the exterior. The old adage is a little prevention goes a long way.
Definitely worth it if you have a team with James’s business model!

We had arrival of a lot of ants inside our kitchen Fri. I texted our tech David K in the morning to see if he could spray the outside to help the situation since we wouldn’t be home that day. He texted right back and said he would try to come that pm. He was there around 3p to spray and left items to help with the inside. He’s the best!! TY

I called you all back out to get rid of the hanging spider webs on my patio, I got home maybe 15 min after the tech stated they were done by text. I immediately go to the back lanai only to see the same spider webs and cocoons hanging. I’m not sure if he cleared any wasps nest from the perimeter of the house . I hate to be a pain but those issues and the centipede issues are my biggest pet peeve! Please do better and let me know specifically what you did or didn’t do. Thank you
The Technicians are excellent! The mode of communication -- centralized -- is not responsive if there are questions.

I've been with Terminix for over 25 years. They give me prompt service and are always available should I need help. I thank all of this to their wonderful technicians but a special shout out to Jeff White who I can't say enough wonderful things about this outstanding technician. He's professional, friendly, always willing to go the extra mile if I need him. He's a real asset to this company and I highly recommend him to anyone who wishes to use this outstanding company.
I think the people who come to my house are experts and what they do.
Our service tech, Kline Cable, is simply the best. He deserves a shout out every time he treats our house ~ always kind, polite, personable, thorough, knowledgeable. His supervisors need to know and reward him. My only complaint with Terminix is their pricing. It's too high. Frankly, I would look elsewhere if not for our service tech's exemplary service.
Matt did an excellent job today for his first time at my home! He was very meticulous and even found an active wasp nest tucked inside my hurricane shutter right where my dog and I spend a lot of time. I really appreciate his thoroughness and attention to detail. Great experience!
