At the beginning I was upset, the technician they sent didn’t do the job, he spent less then 10 minutes in a triple unit plus basement , my tenants all complained about it. Then I called Paul Todaro, Terminix pest control consultant, who helped me to get the situation to the service manager , and they fixed it up, they sent another technician who did it very well. Everything went well at the end. Thanks

Carson Reid is goes above and beyond the services we pay for. He takes the time to help us trouble shoot problems we are having weather its ants, spiders, or mice. He's always got helpful suggestions and ways to best eliminate the pests plus explains how the remediation works. I don't think we would be staying with Terminex because of cost if it weren't for Carson Reid.
