My property is a rental. I hired Terminix to safe guard my property from all type of pests, roaches, spiders, mice, rats and mosquitos. It has been 5 years or so since I have used Terminix. I am extremely satisfied with the service and my tenants have never complained of a pest issue. And the technicians are very polite and informative. Yes, I would recommend to my friends and family. Our Terminix associate Hatim was amazing! He was very knowledgeable and gave us a step by step explanation of everything he was doing. He listened to all our concerns and made sure he covered every inch of insect activity we were seeing. He was very friendly and professional and we can’t wait for him to come back at our next service! It’s been 2 days since he came and we are officially bug free and so happy and love our home even more now that we don’t have to worry about pests
