I love Mr. Cecilio Rodriguez, who comes to do my quarterly service. He always goes above and beyond. I told him my issue, and he made sure to spray both inside and out to keep me from seeing any new bugs. I haven't seen anything since he sprayed, and I truly believe it will stay that way. Mr. Cecilio deserves 10s across the board, but the reason I gave you a 9 is that I do not like any of the annual inspectors who come. Every single one of them has tried to upsell me on something I do not need, and they use scare tactics to try to make me buy it. It's crazy, and it needs to stop now.

Quick response - very informative. Did a great job sealing our home, adding new insulation, critter and bug protection. etc. Very high marks go to our service specialist Jason Knox. He goes above and beyond to provide excellent service.

Aaron Powell is the Terminix Representative who takes care of my property. He does his job in a professional manner and is always trying to accommodate my schedule. If we miss each other, because I was absent from home but require service inside the house, he makes every effort to return and catch up on missed areas. Terminix has been a good service provider. Price increases have been hard on me, My income does not grow at the same rate as your price increases.

I feel you are a little expensive. I own a house in Lodi, CA. We use Clark Pest control there. You are quite a bit more expensive than them. We have been with them for over 50 years. They are considerably less expensive but great service. We have been with you for about 13 years. Happy with your service and the gentleman who visits once a month but close to $100 more a month.
Have been happy with the service so far, after having to initially spend 4K for termite fumigation and annual service contracts for interior/exterior treatments afterwards.

Your terminix person did everything that was required of him. He sprayed upstairs , by the kitchen door where we had problem with wasp. He did a good job.
