The technicians I have (Jazi and Javier) are amazing and so friendly and helpful. They are always well educated, transparent, willing to do whatever is necessary to help with bug problems no matter how long it takes, and easy to communicate with before and after the service if I need additional information or services.
The company as a whole is why it doesn't get a 10. It is heavily over priced (with prices rising almost every quarter for the same exact services) and disorganized and a pain to get into contact with.

Cordell Johnson our technician is professinal and responsive. He was very thorough when clearing out house of cobwebs and he noticed a smell himself and asked to help check the crawl space without needing to be promoted. Cordell has given us great service when he comes out to our property, and his professionalism shows with the care he takes.
