Reliable and accommodating
My technician is excellent. My only concern is that there is not sufficient notice given before a treatment visit. I like to be home when the treatment is being applied and 24-48 hours notice is insufficient to make sure my calendar is open.

Our 'Bug-a-nater' guy is polite, professional, and always listens well to us and meets our needs. Keep him, pay him, take care of him like he does us. over the years you have hired and hired and hired. Keep our man so you won't give-in to replacing him like so many others. It does not speak well of your great company when you fail to keep great employees.

Terminix has been VERY satisfactory for the 30 years I've been a customer, however cost has gone up so much its has become too pricey for my friend group.
Terminix employees have always been considerate and helpful and I have always been able to get the service I need when I needed it! They are all friendly and I enjoy talking to them!
Brandon Moody is a perfect example of great customer service. Friendly, listens to concerns and is genuine in his recommendations. None of this "if you don't do this, a tragedy will happen". If all representatives are this accommodating Terminex is lucky!
