I have had Terminix for years now. However, I must confess that I work extremely well with Amir. He always calls to inform me of his scheduled visit and goes above and beyond what other technicians have done. He knows how to conduct his inspections, listens to customer concerns and remembers requests. He is the only one that I truthfully want coming to my home. He is the best!
Sergio always communicates when he’s going to be at the house, and sends me a detailed report after he’s finished with the service. I appreciate the communication.

Way of talking work perfectly
The tech that came to my house on the last visit was outstanding! He didn’t miss an inch, and we get a ton of webs around our eves. He even went behind my sheds, and I had forgot to take down a piece of wood blocking it from my dogs.

I’ve been a TERMINIX customer for years. I did change for one year and came right back. The biggest reason I think I chose the number 10 is because of Octavio Baez. He’s friendly kind an excellent worker and I appreciate all of the information that he gives and answers that he takes the time to explain. I hope to stay with her next for a very long time.
