We really like Lance. Our Service Technician, and Ken, our Termite Inspector. The are friendly, thorough, and prompt. We would like to add though, that we don't like that every couple of years when we get a new credit card, our billing gets messed and sometimes we have to restart the account.

Al always lets us know when he is coming, addresses all of our concerns when he comes, reports back to us before he leaves, and emails us his report. If any problems come up before our next service, he asks us to give him a call to come and fix it!

We've had Peter as our technician since we moved into this house. He has proven to be the best technician we've had. We used to live in Las Vegas and we had Terminix there to service our house there.
