The reason that Terminex is the company I have stuck with is not just the standard of service but primarily the overall exceptional performance of Mark Goudi.
I do not write a lot of these, who has the time! However, when someone does a particularly exceptional job EVERYTIME it should be acknowleged.

I have a good relationship with my Terminix rep. I recently had a yellowjacket problem, after getting stung twice. I contacted Alex Lombardi. He was able to come and spray the nest to get rid of the yellowjackets. He followed up with me the next day to see if there was any activity. He also returned to spray again!
My home is protected by Terminix as well as it can be.Terminix has been very fair with my monthly payment as I am on a fixed income.

Seth came to my house the same day that I requested service and explained everything to me took pictures took his time to let me know what was happening and the next day Juan came and did a spraying and then explain to me he would be back the next month and I texted him because I saw her another type of wasp and he told me not to worry that the spraying would take care of them also it just made me feel safe and that is what I was looking for so thank you all

I believe Terminix is a good company and back-up their reputation with their insurance policy. They be the only termite/pest company that does that. I've been with them for only 30 yrs with multiple homes over that period and have never had a problem.
I do worry a little over their high turnover of technicians... it seems like I have a new technician with ever visit. May be something to look at to determine the cause.
