The Terminix plan has always worked for me. If I have a problem I know all I have to do is call and they will be here. The gentlemen who come to make inspections are polite and do a great job. I'm notified when they will be here and they check in when they arrive and depart. They give written reports as well.

We just had our annual termite inspection. Prior to our inspection, Travis Owens (inspector), texted us to confirm our appointment and let us know his arrival time. Arriving on time he asked if we had any issues or concerns. He explained what he was going to do and where he needed access. After about forty minutes he had completed the inspection. He shared his findings and recommendations. Some follow-up, all covered with our policy, was needed and would be scheduled by the main office. After being a customer for over twenty years, Terminix has always taken care of our home. That is peace of mind!
