My friend has had Terminix services at her house for a many years and Cory Jones has always been the service person. My friend is now in a nursing home, but continues to have Terminix services in her house which Cory Jones continues to provide. I live in another town & look after my friend's house. Cory always contacts me and makes arrangements to meet at the house so he can provide the Terminix services. Cory is a hard worker and always professional and an asset to your company.

My service technician, John Mulcahy, is outstanding and always provides excellent service and has a great attention to detail.
Our rep is always nice and polite. He lets us know ahead of time when he’s coming knocks on the door asked if we have any other issues is very professional takes time to listen. Let us know what’s going on. Then before he leaves he lets us know he’s leaving gives us a full report of what he’s done and what he found. He’s wonderful. His name is Mike.
When I had a concern and called, they responded quickly and were friendly and knowledgeable. When it is time for the tech to come , I am notified before arrival included with who is coming. I am then sent a report of what was found etc.

Your service is not as efficient as it was 10 years ago. I would like a warning before the service person arrives. I can be here, or have my dog placed safely away from the service person. I feel that with the price increases, your company could be like your reputation.
