Our service person is awesome. Always speaks to me, and talks about what he can do for any issues we might have.
The employees are very courteous and the product works. When there’s a new insect issue in between services, they will come out and take care of it promptly.

Terminix provides excellent services when it comes to pest control. I've never had any pest issues at my home. Daniel Lucas does an excellent job. He is friendly, does excellent work and always communicates with me on the services performed and whether there were any issues seen during his treatment.

Bradley is a great technician and has attention to detail that is a great asset for his job! He has a fantastic personality. He lets us know well before he comes then informs us on what he will do. After the job is complete he tells us what he did and if he found anything that needed our attention. He then sends us a email documenting all that he did and again anything found. If it wasn't for the technician sending text messages he was coming out, I would never know the next appointment date unless I go look at my account. I think your system should send reminders of up coming appointments to it's customers and not on the day of the appointment.
