I do believe you have to find the right people to work with. The monthly service person we have right now is excellent. She communicates with us, answers questions, and follows up on any concerns we might have. The person who does our annual inspection is thorough, helpful, and dependable. My biggest issue I have with Terminix is their billing structure: it’s cumbersome and seems to be two tiered. One corporate and the other, local. And it doesn’t appear that the two entities communicate well. We’ve often been told we were behind in payment, when we were not. It’s took us nearly a month and much time to sort it out.

Colton Hanley is the primary reason for my score. This young man is so efficient. He always touches base with me a couple of days before his visit and also lets me know when he is on his way. What a nice service. He is great at his job and one of the good guys.
