Colton Hanley is the primary reason for my score. This young man is so efficient. He always touches base with me a couple of days before his visit and also lets me know when he is on his way. What a nice service. He is great at his job and one of the good guys.
Our main technician, Joe, is the best. He is professional, responsive and an all-around great guy. He keeps us informed and is always incredibly helpful. He is the reason we continue with Terminix.

I have Terminix for over 15 years and I am very happy with the company. The gentlemen that do the service are all very respectful and always notify me when they are coming out to do the service as well as the completion notification. Terminix customer service is great. They are always friendly and very helpful as well as being very knowledgeable.
