Service was/is great but if I rate as ten then Terminex stops trying to improve.
I was assisted very quickly, the agent was friendly and helpful while also being extremely prompt in helping me resolve my issue. Terminex is also a leader in their industry and are consummate professionals from their field techs to the support staff.
