The representative contacted us a few days prior to inform us he was coming. Notified us the day of the appointment when he was on the way. Was very professional and did a through job not rushing. I find this same pattern monthly from the representative assigned to service our house that month. As a bonus, we never see roaches in our house.

I had a wonderful experience with Terminix recently. We had a sudden ant issue, and they were able to get someone out to our house very quickly. Patrick Lee did a great job inspect my house and Pedro Lopez were polite and efficient in his job, also he gave us great preventative tips to keep ants from coming back. Excellent customer service from start to finish!
