Wonderful communication from Sean and the back office team to coordinate with tenants.
The technician comes, does their thing, and sends me a report of what they did....even if I am not at home. If I have an issue between their visits, all I have to do is call and they come back....but that is a rare thing. The rare call back would be an ant mound that pops up after their regular visit, or we start seeing bugs inside...which occasionally is going to happen.
The normal...they come, do their thing, and poof...no bugs! Can't beat a deal like that.

Marco does a great job or reminding me that he is coming, let's me know when he arrives, performing the service, letting me know about anything that needs attention. He also lets me know when he is done and sends the treatment pages and invoice.
