My Terminix Pest Control Tech - Randy Miller - always alerts me to his time of arrival, is interested as to if there are any special pest control problems, and does a professional thorough job in treating the outdoor area around my home. I am always pleased to give Randy the highest score on your survey.
All the credit goes to our tech, Jason. He is very thorough, excellent with communication, and really excels in sharing important knowledge with me in his reports after each service. Anytime I have reached out to him with an issue he is quick to respond, and has helped keep unwanted pests out of our home for a few years now.
