Miguel is great! Very thoughtful and thorough with the spray application. Was careful around the pets. Satisfied with the service and takes care of any potential bug issues. I’ve been with them for over 15 years.
Allan always gives advance notice of his arrival. He is very consistent in his cleaning and spraying of insecticides as is evidenced by dead cockroaches and some spiders as well as no ants yet this year, YEAH!

Scheduling an appointment was very quick and easy. However we were told information for a spray that was incorrect. Monday is when our regular person called. Luz is INCREDIBLE. She walked us through the prep we weren't informed us. Our appointment was rescheduled for 2 days later. In those two days, Luz was fantastic with answer a lot of questions we had. She was patient and understanding. INCREDIBLE. On the day of the spray she was very communicable. She didn't make us feel small or embarrassed.
I am so glad we did this! I definitely want to keep Luz on our case!!

I was unaware that I had to be home when the serviceman came. Leaving a key for the interior spray has never been a problem until now. I was not notified! I couldn't get my interior sprayed. So, now I still have the same amount on my bill and no interior spray. I'm disillusioned.
Michael always reminds us of when he's coming to service our home and always informs us by text or face-to-face of his findings. Great service!
