I want to let you know the Terminix person assigned to my house is awesome!!! I have been with Terminix for over 20 years in California, and since moving here to Idaho 10 years ago, I continue to keep Terminix. Lance, your employee is one of the most respected people I know and does a fabulous job here at my home. About 4 or 5 years back, my house was deemed as being one of the worst houses being cocooned by spiders within my area. Lance was so diligent and professional, issue resolved. Lance followed up us and continued to do an excellent job taking care of this very creepy situation. I have had one or two different Terminix workers here, however, there is only one person that stands out and goes beyond. He is such a good worker and a pleasure to talk with. Lance also recently took care of another issue. He immediately went to his manager and another serious issue resolved!!!! Terminix has a real GEM working for them!

Great technician. Always shows up when he tells us. Haven’t seen any roaches lately! I gave a 9 instead of a 10 because the cost continues to rise. Which is getting hard to afford!

Josh griffis is very thorough and always communicates with us to see if we are having any issues. We never do because he does such a terrific job.
I have had Terminex protecting my home for 20+ years and have never had a pest problem that they didn't resolve. I can call and ask for help with any insect/mouse problem and they respond immediately. I have the regular pesticide preventive maintenance done every quarter. I always tell anyone who has a pest problem to call Terminix. My neighbor was having a mouse problem, so I recommended Terminex and her problem has gone away. I think I sent them to her!!!!
Being a senior citizen, it is comforting to know that my home is protected.
