The Tech is always polite and professional. He always asks us about any trouble areas or concerns, and seems to listen and pay attention. He will service the inside of the house on request, and he is always careful and considerate of our carpets, furniture, etc. He/Terminix have consistently responded when we have requested an off-cycle service.
