I am basically satisfied with your services, but I am not at all satisfied that you keep coming here unannounced and only spray outside. I have a rodent problem outside, and I know you see the droppings and nothing is being done. :(

Technician Dyren is always courteous, professional and a hard worker. He is always pleasant and smiling. He goes above and beyond to ensure that I'm satisfied with the services he provides. He answer all of my questions throughly. He treats my home as if it's his own, with respect and care. He is a great asset to Terminex. I'm overjoyed that he is my technician.

We attribute our technician, Zack, for our no bugs environment. He is pleasant and does a thorough and detailed job spraying every visit. He checks to make sure we aren't having any problems. His excellent customer service is a credit to your business. We appreciate him!

Terminx service is way more than we expected 20+ yrs ago when we signed up. And while we love Love our Service Technician, Gary Groves, the current centralized scheduling process results in clients being informed of a planned Service just 12-14 hrs before it happens. This has resulted in we having to rearrange our schedules on short notice to be home for the service.
