No chemicals! Quick response to request for service. Technician was very polite and friendly. You can tell she cared about her job and performance with my carpet. She took the time to ask what I used to clean my carpets and about any stains. After, she let me inspect and made sure that I was satisfied before she left my house. I will call again when I'm ready to have carpets cleaned again.
